The Westin Copley Place has filled the void left by Osushi with a new Japanese restaurant, this one focusing on hot pot — ShabuMaru. UrbanDaddy reports that the restaurant is now softly open, serving up Wagyu beef, ribeye, salmon, and more, all meant to be dunked in a copper pot full of hot broth.
Hot pot combos begin at $19 (chicken), according to an early Yelp review. Jack Huang, owner of Basho and Douzo, is involved with this restaurant.
