City Landing, which opened in the former Sel de la Terre space by the Aquarium in July 2012, is set to close on January 10, according to a press release announcing that chef/owner Bill Brodsky has joined the Boston Nightlife Ventures team as chief culinary officer.
Boston Nightlife Ventures includes The Tap Trailhouse (for which Brodsky is already a consulting chef), Forum, Wink & Nod, and Griddler's Burgers & Dogs, and the press release hints at future expansion as well. (A second Griddler's location has already been in the works for awhile at 134 Boylston Street, and Brodsky will reportedly get that off the ground as one of his first projects in his new role.)
Some of the team from the soon-to-shutter City Landing will come along with Brodksy, including chef de cuisine Patrick Enage, who will helm the next longterm culinary pop-up at Wink & Nod once Bread & Salt Hospitality wraps up its residency in the spring. According to the press release, Enage will first travel to Asia "for inspiration and research."
