If The Littlest Bar Moves Again, Will It Become Even Bigger?

Yet another luxury condo development could encroach on The Littlest Bar's space — and The Times pub, too.

The Littlest Bar, which was once only 400 square feet, moved from Province Street to Broad Street almost a decade ago, pushed out of its original location thanks to the 45 Province development. Now, reports Universal Hub, another condo development project is poised to take over the slightly larger incarnation of The Littlest Bar, as well as The Times pub.

Developers Dennis Kanin and Davis Goldman hope to build a 12-story condo building where the Times building (which houses The Times pub) and the Bulfinch building (which houses The Littlest Bar) are located, ultimately demolishing the Times building and turning the Bulfinch into a lobby for the new building. Said new building would have room for a cafe with a patio — but it sounds like a reinvention of The Littlest Bar or The Times is not part of the plan.

In addition to drinks, the "slightly larger" Littlest Bar serves a full pub-style menu of burgers, pizza, and other comfort foods. Likewise, The Times serves a full range of food and drink and offers a large patio overlooking the Greenway.
