The Blue Room said goodbye to its popular Sunday brunch yesterday, as reported last month, but its sibling restaurant, located right next door, is launching its own Sunday brunch service on February 8 (10 A.M. to 2 P.M.)
Here's a look at some of the options, which will be available a la carte in a sharing-friendly portions as well as full entrees:
- Beignets — cinnamon sugar ($6)
- The Long Board — house-cured Arctic char, mackerel rillettes, toasted bagel, cream cheese, red onion, pickles, capers, pickled egg ($18)
- Avocado Salad — quinoa, arugula, fried egg, lemon vinaigrette ($10)
- Brioche French Toast — house eggnog, banana, rum raisin syrup ($10)
- Beef Tongue Tartine — arugula, pickled onions, black garlic aioli ($14)
- Chicken-Fried Steak — biscuits, gravy ($16)
- Belly's full selection of wines by the glass, with a highlight on "easy-drinking" Lambruscos
- Brunch cocktails
- New Orleans-style chicory coffee
