A new breakfast-and-more spot opened earlier this month in Coolidge Corner, and with three chef/owners behind the venture, diners can expect a lot from Brothers Restaurant, located at 404 Harvard Street in Brookline.

"We want to do a little bit of everything," chef/owner Edison Gutierrez said when called at the restaurant this morning. "Italian, Mexican, breakfast — it’s what we think is good for this area and what is good for us. We are three chefs; we have a lot of ideas."

Edison and his brother, Cesar, have been working in kitchens around Boston for 13 years, including at Game On Fenway, Sorellina, and Rustic Kitchen. Their partner, Concepcion Perez, has 25 years of experience, including as executive chef at Devlin’s in Brighton for the past nine years, Edison Gutierrez said. The trio is using their diverse experience to create a menu heavy on homemade dishes, he added.

Chowhound chatter suggests the eatery’s website recently listed a menu, but today it shows just the restaurant’s logo and caricatures of its chefs over a larger-than-life omelette. Edison Gutierrez said that later today, the website will have more information and photos. The new venture’s Facebook page features a photo of a richly-colored — and well-stocked — full bar. Other social media photos show a sugar-dusted stack of French toast, a trio of fried fish tacos and chocolate crème brûlée.

Customers can expect a breakfast menu, designed by Cesar Gutierrez, from 7 A.M. - 3 P.M. daily, with lunch offerings starting at 11 A.M.
