The Sinclair is launching its revamped weekend brunch menu this Saturday, January 24, and everything's coming up waffles. Executive chef Keenan Langlois, a recent addition to the team and an alum of Hamersley's Bistro, Gaslight Brasserie, and more, has added a number of new dishes to the menu, including three different waffles (berries, bacon, and Fluff; bananas, caramel, and pecans; and fried chicken with spicy honey) — as well as a "waffle flight" that contains small portions of all three.
And for those who need a little more meat with their waffles, the pre-existing waffle burger remains on the menu: grass-fed beef on a buttermilk waffle bun, topped with shallot jam, applewood-smoked bacon, cheddar, a fried egg, and maple syrup, with a side of fries.
Other new dishes include Philly cheesesteak omelets, breakfast tacos, and duck Benedict with mustard aioli and Swiss. Here's a look at the full menu (and don't worry; the existing selection of fun brunch booze hasn't gone anywhere.)
