Meju, the upcoming Somerville sibling to Bibim in Allston, will open by the end of the month, according to a Facebook post from the new restaurant. An exact date will be announced in the next few days.
"We strive to share with you a modern dining experience highlighting authentic and traditional Korean cuisine," notes Meju's website, which also provides two definitions for the word "meju." For one thing, it's "a brick of dried fermented soybeans...which serves as the basis of several traditional Korean condiments," and it also means "every week."
