Bon Me could open its new Fort Point brick-and-mortar location tomorrow if today's inspection goes as planned, notes Boston Restaurant Talk, spotting a tweet from the growing company.
Bon Me has a fleet of food trucks as well as an existing brick-and-mortar location in Kendall Square. The brand new outpost, located at 313 Congress Street, will feature "an ordering station that resembles a Bon Me food truck," according to a prior release. There'll also be a "sleek communal table." On the menu: a Vietnamese-inspired roster of sandwiches, noodle salads, and rice bowls.
