Sweet Tooth, an eight-year-old Southie bakery, has closed its year-old Downtown Crossing outpost at the The Corner Mall.

"Due to a lack of foot traffic, unsanitary conditions within the Corner mall, and an ongoing contentious relationship with the landlord, we made the decision to close Sweet Tooth Boston downtown," the bakery posted on Facebook today. "Not to worry, you can still buy delicious treats and desserts at our flagship store in South Boston or in the Walgreens up the street [in Downtown Crossing]. For a limited time only, $20 for all deliveries in the downtown crossing area."

Sweet Tooth offers cupcakes, pies, custom cakes, and other baked goods, along with catering packages that include more than desserts. The flagship location, which remains open, is at 371 West Broadway in South Boston.
