NEWTON — Hopsters is delving further into the world of hops by offering an array of ten beers on tap that are each made with a single type of hop (each of which has a fun name, including Galaxy, Horizon, and Mosaic). These will be available starting tomorrow, September 24. Also starting tomorrow, Hopsters is pitting eight local IPAs against each other. Guests can vote on their favorite (one vote per day) until October 7, and the winning IPA will stay on tap for the rest of the year. [Eaterwire]
