Colder days are coming, and Bronwyn is poised to bulk you up with a hearty new menu, launching today. "The most exciting thing about the menu," says chef/owner Tim Wiechmann, "is that it dips into the more eastern part of Europe—Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia—where I've spent a lot of time traveling. On the dinner menu, we'll be showcasing traditional items like sweet and sour boar and buckwheat porridge noodles called zganci, as well as my own renditions of the classics like spicy octopus goulash and new house-made mustards in unique flavors."
Spätzle, the giant bretzel, and plenty of sausages still make appearances as well. Here's a look at the new menu, from ajvár to cvapi.
