Chris Coombs and Chris Douglass, residents of Dorchester as well as restaurant owners there (dbar for Coombs and Ashmont Grill and Tavolor for Douglass), bring Boston Magazine on a food tour of the area. Favorites include Banh Mi Ba Le ("all others don't compare" for banh mi, says Douglass), Singh's Roti Shop (the house-made red pepper sauce is "one of the best [Coombs has] ever had"), and Sunrise Rang Dong.
