WALTHAM — On Saturday, September 20, head out to Moody's for the next Super Burger Bros. pop-up between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. Richard Chudy (of Boston Burger Blog and an upcoming burger cookbook written with Sam Monsour) will make a burger with crispy chicken skin, a rye bun, and caraway mustard; Moody's Josh Smith is doing something with pork belly; and Party of Two's Stephanie Cmar and Justin Burke-Samson are doing a glazed donut (with chocolate, strawberry, and basil) and a bacon pop tart, respectively. SOMERVILLE — This Sunday, September 14, Cuisine en Locale and Aeronaut are teaming up for "O.N.C.E. BBQ 007: License to Grill," a barbecue-and-beer event.
