A Chinese restaurant called Chef Chang's on Back Bay is now open in the former space of The Wine Cellar on Massachusetts Avenue. The restaurant specializes in spicy Szechuan and Northern Chinese cuisine, according to its website, and also offers a standard smattering of American-Chinese dishes (kung pao beef and the like).
