B.Good, a small local burger chain, has opened its latest outpost at 655 Boylston Street in Back Bay, Boston Restaurant Talk reports. There are also five other locations in Boston and Cambridge, a few in other parts of the state, a few throughout the Northeast, and one on the verge of opening in North Carolina.
The chain's goal is to make fast food "real" by using locally-sourced meat and serving items like kale and quinoa bowls. The burger beef is ground in-house, and there are also chicken, turkey, and veggie burgers available. Also on the menu: salads, smoothies, and shakes. The new location grows mint right out front to be used in various menu items.
