Al's Cafe Is Expanding Out to Woburn

Al's Cafe, a popular lunch spot with two locations in the Financial District and one in Harvard Square, is expanding its sandwich-filled reach out of town with a new Woburn location. It could open around October 1, according to a Craigslist job posting. Located in the 128 TradeCenter office complex (7 Sylvan Road), it'll only be open on weekdays.

Al's offers a selection of hot and cold subs, salads, and soups, and the company also caters. The first location opened on State Street over a decade ago, and most recently, the Harvard Square outpost opened in 2011.
