A Chicken Shack Is Popping Up at Casa B Tonight

Those who find themselves walking around Somerville's Union Square between 10 p.m. and 1 a.m. tonight (Tuesday, August 26) might find the smell of fried chicken wafting through the air. Those following the trail will end up at Casa B, where Collin Davis (Bergamot, Casa B) is taking over for a few hours to bless the world with a "chicken shack pop-up/industry night."

What does that mean? Well, there's the all-you-can-eat fried chicken served with biscuits with honey butter and slaw ($10). There will be cocktails. And you will eat chicken and drink cocktails to the sweet sounds of Wu-Tang and Willie Nelson. First come, first served ("but I am prepared for war," notes Davis.) Take a look at the beverage list.
