Sorriso Will Morph Into Bel Ari

Sorriso Trattoria, an Italian restaurant in the Leather District and sibling of Les Zygomates, is morphing into a new concept called Bel Ari, serving Italian food "'from all over the boot' with both classical offerings and contemporary interpretations." Executive chef Robert Fathman has worked at Grill 23, Legal Harborside, Les Zygomates, and many other places in Boston and beyond.

Bel Ari is set to open on September 10, according to the restaurant's website. Here's a peek at the September menu, and here's a little bit of food porn. The restaurant will be open from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekdays and 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturdays, according to Facebook. Renovations are underway.
