Moody's Delicatessen & Provisions, a Waltham deli that is increasingly entering into meaty partnerships with restaurants around Boston, is expanding into an adjacent space, which will allow for more seating. Owner Joshua Smith is also in the process of opening a new production space a mile away, which will triple production and allow distribution not just locally but across the country. [BRT/BM]
