Egg Rolls on Wheels: Here Comes Yumm Bai Food Truck

Another new food truck is poised to launch in the very near future: Yumm Bai. Run by a mother-and-daughter team, the truck will feature egg rolls (shrimp, pork, or vegetable), several types of lo mein, warm prawn chips, and more.

The truck's name is a phonetic spelling of the Cambodian phrase "eat rice," according to Yumm Bai's website — or, more colloquially, it simply means "eat." Facebook photos show a truck that's almost ready to hit the road, and a tweet from last month promises an August launch. Stay tuned for a date.
