MEDFORD — Nijiya Sushi is now open in Medford, offering all-you-can-eat sushi. Prices start at $16 for lunch and $24 for dinner (and there are discounts for kids). Open 11:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, 11:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, and noon to 10 p.m. Sunday. [Official Site/FB]
