During Pizza Week in March, Posto owner Joe Cassinelli spoke with Eater about the growth of Neapolitan pizza. He also shared the news that he had a Posto food truck in the works. There's already a Posto Mobile catering business with a pizza trailer, but this would be a regular food truck, parking in public spots on a set schedule.
Now, it's on the verge of launching, complete with an Italian wood-fired oven — a Mugnaini — on board. "We are ready to hit the road," the restaurant posted on Facebook last night. Stay tuned for a schedule and locations.
