Pop Ramen, an occasional vegetarian ramen pop-up at Yume Wo Katare helmed by Yume Wo Katare owner Tsuyoshi Nishioka's apprentice Jorgen Peterson, will hold its last event (for now) on August 17. Peterson is hoping to travel to Tokyo in the fall to continue his ramen training. "My ultimate goal is still to come back to Boston and bring ramen to you guys again," Peterson writes on Facebook, "so I'll do my best to try not to stay away too long." [FB]
