Taste of Cambridge; Half-Priced Wine Bottles at Lineage

CENTRAL SQUARE — The annual Taste of Cambridge event is just over a week away, taking place on Tuesday, July 15 at University Park & Sidney Street and offering samples from more than 100 local restaurants and purveyors. General admission is $50, which includes four glasses of wine or beer, while VIP ticket-holders pay $75 for extra bonuses, like a raw bar, mini golf on the lawn, and faster entrance. [Eventbrite]

NORTH END — Ducali is celebrating its fifth anniversary on Tuesday, July 15 with a "grown-up pizza party" from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Various pizzas, snacks, and drinks will be priced at $5 each, with proceeds supporting the ALS Cellucci Fund. BROOKLINE — "Guest Sommelier Month" launches at Lineage this Wednesday, featuring half-priced bottles of wine all month long and a few visits from guests who will discuss favorite summer wines.
