Snappy Pattys appears to be on the verge of opening in West Medford, and the Medford Patch has a peek at the menu (no prices available, though). There are six patty melts (grass-fed, hormone-free, antibiotic-free beef, specifies the menu), as well as options like a grilled watermelon salad, ricotta gnocchi, fried chicken, and more.
The 36-seat restaurant comes from Nicholas Dowling, who was a chef at Citizen Public House, Franklin Cafe, and Franklin Southie. Restaurateur Adam Gazzola is also involved.
