Clover goes before the licensing board tonight to seek approval to have the upcoming Central Square location, Clover HFI, stay open 24 hours a day. Cambridge Day's Marc Levy makes the case for approval. For one thing, it's "both odd and embarrassing for Cambridge to have no 24-hour eateries," he writes.
