Sal's Pizza Closes in Fenway But Will Launch Truck

Sal's Pizza has closed its Fenway location, Boston Restaurant Talk reports, leaving 18 other Massachusetts outposts as well as 11 in New Hampshire, one in California, one in Arizona, and one in Mumbai, India. But the chain's website promises that a pizza truck is coming soon. Several Twitter responses to sad customers specify that the truck will be coming to Brookline Avenue, which is where the shuttered location was.
