Here Comes a Pommes Frites Truck to Save the Day

What's better than fries? A truck full of fries, coming your way. Walloon's will hit the Boston streets soon, reports Hub Food Trucks. According to its website, Walloon's will offer hand-cut, twice-fried "classic pommes frites" with sauces like The Lumberjack (sweet maple), The Far East (wasabi ginger), The Rosie (tangy barbecue), and more. Also: special fries smothered in things like gravy & cheese curds (poutine!), franks & beans, and chili & cheese. The menu is rounded out by a few hot dogs, one of which is wrapped in bacon. Stay tuned for a launch date.
