The Mother Juice truck, a Kickstarter success story, will be one of the next Boston food trucks to put down roots. Founder Ellen Fitzgerald and Laura Baldini will open a brick-and-mortar location at 625 West Kendall Street in Cambridge's Kendall Square in late July, according to the DIG. It appears to be the space that formerly housed Leisure Station, a bubble tea shop. In addition to juice, the upcoming shop will offer "raw foods and vegan snacks."
