Kung Fu Tea Opens in Malden; Somerville Food Truck Fest

MALDEN — Kung Fu Tea opens its Malden location this weekend at 3 Pleasant Street and is offering a buy-one-get-one-free deal on several items from Friday, June 6, through Sunday, June 8. The bubble tea shop also has a couple of other Boston-area locations (Symphony, Allston) with a couple more on the way (Chinatown, Davis Square), and a lot more around the country. [FB]

ASSEMBLY ROW — The Somerville Food Truck Festival takes place this Saturday, June 7, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., featuring more than 20 trucks. $5 admission (cash only unless you buy online in advance); kids under 12 get in free. The line-up includes Uyghur Kitchen, Evan's NY Style Deli, Plouf Plouf Gastronomie (from Providence), and lots more. [Official Site]
