News came to light last week that Boston Burger Company, a burger-focused restaurant with locations in Davis Square and Back Bay, appears to be poised for an expansion to Cambridge, possibly in the current Dolphin Seafood location. (A liquor license is up for transfer from the latter to the former.) Now, the Globe reports that owner Paul Malvone is indeed "considering" a location at 1105 Massachusetts Avenue, a building that includes Dolphin.
But even more definite, Malvone is launching a Boston Burger Company food truck "within the next few weeks," offering seven burgers a day, including classics like the "hot mess" and the "mac attack." Stay tuned for an opening date.
