He is "drunk in love" with a "heaping bowl" of drunken mussels, and he also finds the chicken and sausage gumbo to be a "standout." While there are some issues to work out, "the food, drink, and atmosphere constitute a compelling package at a price point that invites frequent visits." [Zagat]
