The next Pret a Manger location to hit Boston officially opens this Friday, June 20, but as is tradition for the British grab-and-go chain, there will first be a "Guinea Pig Day" tomorrow, June 19. If you shop in the morning, you'll be given a voucher to return for free lunch between noon and 2 p.m., while supplies last.

This is the fourth Boston location for the chain, which is planning to expand aggressively in the area, opening up to a dozen new Boston and Cambridge shops in the next five years. Existing locations are in Back Bay and the Financial District. The new location, which is in Downtown Crossing, is the largest in the United States, measuring more than 5,000 square feet over multiple floors and offering more than 100 seats. There are also lounges and a meeting room, according to a press release. The next location will be at 176 Federal Street, according to the company's website.

Pret a Manger serves salads, sandwiches, and other light meals, and this location will donate unsold food to the Boston Rescue Mission at the end of each day. It'll be open from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekdays and 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. on weekends. 101 Arch Street, Boston, MA 02110; (617) 204-1085; Website / Facebook / Twitter
