For today's open thread, we'd like to know what meat-centric dishes you'd consider "iconic" in Boston. Is it the hot dog at Sullivan's, for example — that seasonal herald of warmer days? Or perhaps it's a classic Kelly's roast beef sandwich? For the purposes of this discussion, we're considering "meat" to include poultry but not seafood, so lobster rolls are out.
