Mark Ladner, a Cambridge native and chef at Del Posto in New York City, has launched a Kickstarter campaign for Pasta Flyer, a speedy, gluten-free pasta shop concept that, if the campaign succeeds, will first pop up in a number of cities (including Boston) before ultimately opening as a string of brick-and-mortar locations. The potential fall tour would include local stops at Tufts, BU, Northeastern, Brandeis, Emerson, and Wellesley. [-EN-]
