Keep an Eye on The Gallows' Late-Night Offerings

The Gallows has always had a weekend late-night menu perfect for soaking up your evening of drinking (think poutine and burgers), and now, it seems like guest food trucks are becoming a regular thing. Earlier this month, The Chicken & Rice Guys popped up from 11 p.m. to midnight on a Friday, serving Buffalo-fried soft-shell crabs, Korean short rib lettuce wraps, and more. Next up, The Paris Creperie will be in residence at 11 p.m. on Friday, June 20 — menu to be announced (but, spoiler alert, it'll probably involve crepes). Keep an eye out for more collaborations.
