Modern Pastry, Now with More Room for Cannoli

Modern Pastry has just opened up its expanded shop in the former Piccola Venezia space adjacent to the original Modern location, as reported back in October. (The original location will also continue to operate.) Both neighborhood councils supported the transfer of Piccola Venezia's malt, wine, and cordials license to the new Modern, so soon you may be able to drink wine with your cannoli. NorthEndWaterfront.com shares some photos of the new space. Modern, which is over 70 years old, also has a location in Medford.
