Boston Burger Company Apparently Growing Again

Boston Burger Company opened its first location in Somerville in 2009 before adding a location in Boston proper in 2012, and now it appears poised to expand again, this time to Cambridge. Boston Restaurant Talk cites a licensing commission agenda in reporting that the restaurant is seeking to acquire the liquor license — and seemingly the space — of Dolphin Seafood in Harvard Square.

Boston Burger Company features a giant menu of burgers, including over-the-top options like the "Artery Clogger" (deep-fried, beer-battered burger with bacon, cheese, and barbecue sauce) and "The King" (topped with peanut butter, bacon, and fried bananas). There are also salads, sides, chicken sandwiches, and 12 kinds of fries.
