El Diez Argentinian Grill Could Hit the Road Soon

New, 1 comment

A new food truck, El Diez Argentinian Grill, appears poised to hit the streets of Boston soon. A tipster spotted the "sleek-looking truck" recently and noted that it looks like it'll be serving churrascos and alfajores.

According to the only post so far on El Diez' Facebook page, the team was working on refining empanada and chimichurri recipes earlier this week, and pending approval from the city, the truck could officially be on the road in late June.

UPDATE: Based on its logo, El Diez appears to be connected to a small restaurant chain that started in Mexico City.

UPDATE 2: The owner of the Boston truck confirms the connection, telling Eater that he is working with the owners of the 15-location chain to bring the brand to Boston, including opening a brick-and-mortar location by the end of the year.
