Causeway BBQ Could Open Soon Near North Station

PigTrip, a barbecue blog, peeks into the soon-to-open Causeway BBQ in the former Penalty Box space across from North Station. Ruben Garza, formerly the pit master at the West Newton location of Blue Ribbon, will head up the kitchen at Causeway.

PigTrip reports that the opening appears to be "within weeks," as the J&R smoker is in place and the decor is "nearly complete." The two-story space has bars on both floors, plenty of exposed brick, and cozy leather booths. Stay tuned for an opening date.
