Eater NY takes a sneak peek at the swanky Roof at Park South, the new New York City hotel roof bar from O Ya's Tim and Nancy Cushman. It'll open this Thursday, May 22. No. 9 Park alum Ted Kilpatrick is also involved. Additionally, they'll be opening a restaurant and another bar inside the hotel next year, after massive renovations are completed. [-ENY-]
