Here's the Menu for Akai Ryu in Porter Square

Akai Ryu will open "soon" in Cambridge's Porter Square, according to the restaurant's website. The 200-seat restaurant will be located above Walgreens and Potbelly Sandwich Shop. Here's what appears to be a draft of the menu, including cold and hot appetizers and tons of sushi. The restaurant signage also promises shabu (hot pot), where you get to cook meats and vegetables at the table yourself in vats of boiling broth. Stay tuned for an opening date.
