Peggy O'Neil's, a Dorchester bar, will have to pay $80,000 in fines — and the employees will have to undergo mandatory civil-rights training — thanks to a lawsuit alleging that the bar routinely denied entry African-American, Hispanic, and Cape Verdean potential customers.
