Starting in June, po' boy fans can get their fill of this classic Louisiana sandwich street-side as another food truck hits the Boston roads. With a current brick-and-mortar location on Crafts Street in Newton, Po Boy announced their plans to expand on the road, the Boston Globe reports. With the hope of setting up shop at South Station, the menu will include various types of po boys including their "famous oyster," "voodoo shrimp," "zesty catfish," and "jazzy New Orleans chicken" staples.
Po Boy, which took over a coffee and hot dog shop in late 2012, is open from 6:30 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. While they specialize in po' boys, their menu also includes other subs and sandwiches, and Yelpers clamor about the onion rings.
