Tales of the Cocktail, a major annual cocktail festival taking place in New Orleans in July, has named its "Official Cocktail" for the 2014 event — and it's by Boston's own Joseph Cammarata of backbar. The task was to re-imagine the classic Hurricane, and Cammarata's Hurricane Caesar beat out hundreds of other recipes. [TotC]
