Ribelle%2002%20Nick%20DiNatale-thumbb.jpgGQ restaurant critic Alan Richman's recent takedown of "egotarian" cuisine included a jab at Ribelle, which made chef/owner Tim Maslow "sad." ("I couldn't even read the whole article, to tell you the truth," he tells Boston Magazine.) But it also made him think, and he has decided to bring the Strip-T's menu back to a more casual, comfort food-oriented place with the more "esoteric" explorations going on at Ribelle. [BM]
