After a soft opening last night, Trophy Room opens for real tonight in the former Fritz space in the South End. (Much of the former Fritz staff, meanwhile, has reportedly found a new home at the former Red Fez nearby, which is opening as Cathedral Station next month.)
Urbandaddy has a copy of the Trophy Room menu, which includes small plates, salads, flatbreads, and other comfort food. The chef, Evan Campbell, is an alum of Pub 47 Central in Lynn. On the drink side, there are cocktails with sports-themed names, a basic collection of bottled beers, and wine (including a small selection of "Bubbles!!!!!!!!!! yum!") Trophy Room will be open from 2 p.m. to 2 a.m. on weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 a.m. on weekends.
