The annual Formaggio Kitchen Saturday barbecue series has begun at the shop's Cambridge location. The grill starts at 11 a.m. every Saturday until the fall (although the line tends to start earlier), and there are hot dogs, ribs, cornbread, and lots more until it all runs out, generally around 3 p.m. Pre-orders are accepted until Friday afternoons at 4 p.m. Keep an eye out for special theme weeks during the season (next up: a Cinco de Mayo theme on May 3).
