Akai Ryu Shabu and Sushi originally was shooting for a February opening, but the upcoming 200-seat Porter Square restaurant finally appears to be close. A Craigslist post indicates that they're now hiring for all positions. The restaurant will be located at One Porter Square, the building across the street from the MBTA that houses Potbelly Sandwich Shop and Walgreens. [CL]
