BROOKLINE — The Boston restaurant landscape has been pretty quiet on the April Fools' Day front, but a couple of tipsters spotted a fun flyer on a building in Brookline advertising an alleged new venue called "Todd English's Toast." It's "coming soon," offering such delicacies as a "premium tasting bar," "wide selection of artisanal breads," "organic butter with natural infusions," "browning finish levels to taste," and more.
